Pros
The company really does care about its people and their experience working here. I have been in this industry for well over a decade and worked for many competitors and don’t think employees realize how good they have it. ERPi strives to create an environment where feedback is welcome and taken seriously. Employees are highly valued and appreciated much more than a Big 4 or similarly sized organizations. The disconnect, I believe, with recent posts is that folks aren’t taking available avenues to voice their concerns and are instead using this site to voice complaints that require more detail to be actionable. Is ERPi experiencing growing pains? Absolutely and admittedly. Is it the oppressive organization some of these posts make it out to be? Not at all. I feel supported, heard and appreciated and if you want to be as well, give this place the chance it deserves.
Cons
Growing pains that any small company would experience moving into mid sized terrain. The good news is they’re doing all they can to make this ride smooth for employees. There are elements of cliques and favoritism but, I’m sorry, this happens anywhere where folks are in the same account for over a year. It sucks but it’s a reality anywhere.
