Designations for Senior positions are distributed as if they are doing charity Owner driven company so decision-making takes place overnight Apart from Employee engagement there is no strategic HR function Management is focused on self publicity instead on focusing on business strategies. Management is more like a youtuber or Instagram reeled. They may hire 100 freshers in one go but they lay off in bunches when it comes to failed business outcomes
