Good start into the gaming industry and most people (minus management) are good people
Cons
The North America CEO is very toxic along with the higher management. I have never seen multiple people cry due to manager treatment. As a female who worked there I am appalled by how women were treating other women. HR was full of meetings that involved tears. Upper management would have venting sessions to say terrible things about everyone. Overworked with zero appreciation. North America CEO bad mouthed everyone and was never a pleasure to be around. She runs a fear mentality company and I can honestly say I left with some scars. Luckily for me I found my dream company right after and have never been happier and learned to never take that kind of treatment ever again. It was a very low point in my life, but I came out the other end and am very happy now and back to my positive mental state.
