The kind of person to be involved in ESN is extremely motivated, high-energy and creative, making the connections one makes in ESN extremely valuable. The volunteer work is useful to society and extremely satisfying.
Cons
Is addictiveness makes one spend a lot of time on it. However, it's a volunteer organization and the time you invest in it will not be monetarily rewarded.
