Pros

-If you are a Building Substitute teacher you are required to work full time every day. However, the schedule is flexible if you need time off. -If you choose to work a-la-cart your schedule is very flexible. -The ESS company in my area is very accommodating to requests or concerns. -This job is great if you are seeking to go back to school and need a regular paycheck that gives you flexibility. -The day to day is either coverage around the building if you are a building sub or a substitute teacher. Both are interesting and rewarding.

Cons

-Pro/Con you never know what you will be assigned to do until the day begins. -Work does not pay amazing. I earn $165/day in PA and that is higher than many other districts around me. -No benefits -No paid days off -Not affiliated with the school district
