      Pros

      Office location, friendly people and a great manager.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible. Ownership will make you feel valuable then talk bad about you behind your back and you find out through the grapevine. Will fire you for any reason, and not take your ideas into consideration.

      A positive and inclusive work environment with amazing colleagues to learn work. Opportunities to work on challenging and impactful projects.

      Cons

      No bonuses and yearly performance appraisals. No remote work options. 2% salary increases only happen after constant requests to the upper management.
