Pros
Great bonding inside the management, good work culture, where you are encouraged to improve in areas of your interest. You are not bored by having to do the same stuff over and over. You are always welcome to try new things out. For me, that's the best thing about ESolz, because boredom kills me.
Cons
Not much of a personal life left, but if you are a workaholic, this is the best place. Also, if you can make the best friends out of your colleagues and bosses, things turn out ok.
