      Nice facility. Good people. Can be fun.

      Cons

      A lot of nepotism. Deadlines are set somewhere other than reality. Very noisy environment, with people actually yelling at each other down the walkways. Pay is NOT reasonable or good.

      Pros

      they will let you have a personality and work with you if you have a problem.

      Cons

      the politics. its very hard to get a higher position in the management role if you are an african american trying to get hired thru the branch. the corporation will hire you off the street but if you are an employee and want to make advancement into the management position at the branch located in seattle washington even if you have the qualifications they will not advance you.
