BEWARE of Fake Reviews, company is a mess - Anonymous employee ETG Employee Review

Managers do not know what they are doing. Will tell you one thing then switch and do something else and will blame you when things go wrong. Managers will not provide you with training and yet wonder why things go wrong. People have come and left in short period of time, at one point 4 people left in one month. Company culture is also non-existent, they have a Christmas party and BBQ once a year nothing in between to build team bonding. Watch out for the fake reviews, a lot of people are reviewing from the India office.
