2013 you left this review and now in 2019 we are responding, this is not a reflection on you just a reflection on how we were unaware of how to use Glassdoor to its best and how positive it is to respond to all reviews and have an active page. So, apologies that its taken so long to respond to your review. I am confident that we have already addressed some of your concerns since you left your review. I believe that EValue continues to have 'great people' working here and that is evident in the work delivered along with the environment & culture that we have here. It was great to read that this was the case in 2013 when you were with us. Since your time here it was recognised that some salaries and roles were not considered at market rate for our business and location, as a result we now complete an annual salary & role benchmarking exercise. This has reduced, adjusted and removed the salary gaps that we once had. I would now consider our salaries and roles to be very competitive which is great. Also since your time here it was noted that our employees were working long hours and the work life balance was slipping which is something that we do not wish to promote here at EValue, as a result of this we now ensure that the office is not open late, work loads are shared and discussed with reasonable deadlines being set. This along with a flexible working approach focusing on employees output rather than input has had a positive effect on our employees.
