Over the last couple of years the company has made enormous strides, adding new customers and penetrating new markets. The executives have a clear vision and treat their employees with respect. They value their employees' opinions and seek their input on the majority of decisions that are made. Pay and benefits are very good and the culture is extremely collaborative. Just a great company to work for.

Though the company has been around for many years, it sometimes feels like a start-up company, in that there have been so many changes over the past few years. Some people may not like that type of environment.
