Pros

Opportunities to experience may different areas of the business. This unfortunately is a manifestation of poor managerial planning and vision so individuals are required to flee to different areas of the company as fires arise. Great product concept

Cons

Poor management oversight and ineffectual communication techniques. Secretive style where the hiring strategy is to train incoming graduates so that they are effective in Exigis but will not gain enough skills to be attractive to any other company. This is their strategy to curb employee turnover. I would watch out if I was a recent graduate being pursued by this company. Rotation program was designed with this philosophy in mind. Witnessed physical and verbal threats between employees. Employees always having to make up for sales team over committing or selling a product that didn't actually exist.

Pros

Signing bonus, solid compensation if deemed as a hard worker, onboarding program, Summer Fridays

Cons

Haphazard reviews in which employees are all but literally thrown under the bus without receiving any previous warnings 8am start time with 0 flexibility - secretary at front desk manually writes down the time you walk past your desk, any time (8:01am or later) after is directly handed off to company CEO, see insane and numerous time-tracking policies below Scare tactics - CEO stomps around office looking over employees shoulders - walks past and does not acknowledge *unliked* employees but will Stringent internal rules and regulations - countless "presentations" by admin about Big Brother-esque policies, i.e. internet usage, attire on winter vs. summer days (down to tights and shoe preferences that must be strictly abided by), insane time tracking procedures and software mandated by upper management Boys club atmosphere - while there is slight upward mobility possible for women, every single upper management position is occupied by a man with absolutely no signs of change Turnover rate (~30%) - unhappy employees leave in what seems like a vicious cycle of hiring-quiting/firing-hiring-repeat Leaving EXIGIS for a more positive, flexible, yet more challenging environment was the best decision I ever made for myself, this is not an exaggeration, but the truth. Do yourself a favor and do not ignore the numerous negative reviews on this site as they are here for a reason.
