      Good work life balance but work is less critical for enterprise projects. Good pipeline of Data Engineering, Data analytics & AI/ML projects.

      Cons

      Less opportunities for onshore assignments & Internal hikes are quiet lesser than market. Policies can be more uniform. Work through VDIs gets painful
