Pros
Work is good, can be handled. Best is client they don't make you feel that, you work different than them. Its part of family.
Cons
Work culture and professional environment is a big issue. If you complain, things get against you. More load you have to suffer. Even hike goes to only their favorite. I have created automation tool for them , haven't got recognized but whole team using that saves 2+ hour.
