      EXL is a multinational business process outsourcing firm with a strong presence in several functional areas.

      Cons

      EXL was unable to maintain the long running contract with SCI. There was no explanation as to why EXL did not secure a renewal. EXL did not offer any US employees on the SCI assignment opportunities at other EXL locations.
