6yThank you for this feedback. Over the last 12-18 months we acknowledged that we needed to change how we support our team members. To that end, we’ve begun a transformational digital technology strategy that has incredibly increased our ability to support our teams. Along the way, there were challenges identified that we have striven to solve. Our leadership team, both at the US and global level, is consistently holding town halls and sending out communications in an effort to be as transparent as possible with our team. We again appreciate your feedback, and will continue to monitor these areas of improvement.
