Pros

Difficult to find one! The systems/work/teams are choked for the lack of right management practices

Cons

1. performance management - the people who matter here, think on a completely different tangent; not good for any company that wants to nurture and grow good talent. Increments (and any incentives) are not aligned, strange notions on promotions 2. nobody understands that systems do not run people, it is people who create and run systems 3. no decision making attitude in the middle management - the organization has as big a role to play here as are the middle managers themselves

Location, building amenities, nice view

Pay is terrible.. work load increases but pay stays the same. Ten cent or less pay increase every year. No room for advancement. A lot of favoritism in office, management trains new hires incorrectly and employees have to Pick up the slack. There is no respect in office from management to employees. No assistance from management. You get talked at , not talked to like an adult. Management will clock you out if you go over a minute of your 15 minute break, you are expected to tell management when you are going to the restroom and they will contact you while in bathroom. Policies are not followed.
