the work work environment is very good. Your Ideas will be valued. The avg age yrs is only 26-27. there growth rate is 42% which is almost tripple than the growth rate of any consulting companies.

I didn't find any cons. The company is doing really good, people seem to enjoy there tenure. Young and passionate crowd mke Exl a home away from home.
