Good mentoring program. Sometimes there are international traveling opportunities. Some senior consultants are very smart and emotional intelligent.
Cons
Toxic culture - Unable to retain true talents in the company Unfair senior managers who are not interested in people development. Boring repetitive projects that requires no analytical skills. Very few have confidence in the outlook of this company.
