Had to talk on the phone and had quotas - Audit Coordinator EXL Service Employee Review

This job does require you to be on phones. On the job application there was no mention of phones. I was only aware of it when I got an interview. Also this job has quotas. That also wasn’t mentioned on the job application nor interview. The quotas are achievable but if you’re not looking for a job with quotas that may be an issue.
