The project is good and has wider options Management is trying to work on getting relevant projects
Cons
No proper benefits like Health Insurance Self (1.5 lakhs PP) and max 5 lakhs if you are 2+2 Optional parental insurance is non-existent which is strange. Since most people work remotely(based on project and understanding) no connect or at least offer some annual or half-yearly amount to the team to party. Yearly they send useless gifts The hike is basic.
