The Amsterdam offices are OK, they paid is neither bad or neither good, it's a job
Cons
They tend to maintain conflicting people and push away mobbing other employees, during my stay I notice they do not want smart and active people but rather people that can easy be manipulated, are not really bright, don't raise the hand where there is a issue, do their routine with out question if it is correct or not, the Amsterdam staff has one particular person that has been driving other decent employees away, poor management and poor people skills cause this back office place to be just a monounsaturated boring place to work where nothing ever happens and you need to follow order's with out questions.. It it very boring, and not challenging hence this is why the prefer to have poor educated people with no morlas as their employees.
