Pros
- Wonderful colleagues - Great professional development resources - Excellent PTO if you stick around long enough
Cons
- The Exos brand matters more than the people. - Promotions seem to be given to employees that excel at "pimping" the Exos brand and catch-phrases moreso than those that drive actual results. - As a manager, hiring and retaining entry-level staff (that are required to have a college degree) is impossible when they can work at a fast food restaurant and earn more money. - The 4-day work week is total BS. Mostly only director-level and above get the perk. The "boots on the ground" usually do not have the opportunity, and if you are an onsite manager that has an urgent issue on Friday, good luck getting it resolved. I've lost count how many times I've had to explain to the client or a member of my team: "Sorry, you'll just have to wait until Monday". The 4-day week sounds great in theory, but HR, regional directors, etc, need to at least stagger their days off so that there is support for onsite teams that work 5 days a week.
