      Learning from very smart and driven coworkers (can vary by project), good exit opportunities, good benefits

      Cons

      - WLB can be tough in the PE practice - Leadership overhired a few years ago and is now using arbitrary criteria to dock bonus pay. Would not be surprised if layoffs are coming soon like at others in the industry
