Friendly co-workers and collaborative work culture. Opportunities to rotate in different service lines at a junior level. Rotation is a lot harder for senior ranks.

Cons

Several rounds of layoff conducted after Project Everest. Unless you side with the right partner, there are limited support structure to establish the book of business.
