Pros

None really, Just a job

Cons

Lots of vacation but no time off is a good time. Underpaid for the huge work load Very demanding Too top heavy, more VP's than you can imagine and never helpful, kinda ignorant. Too many office personal, wildly over staffed and not very efficient, no real work experience. Bonus are cheap Salary is cheap

We don't see evidence of the majority of these complaints as we have some of the most qualified, capable and engaged staff in the industry. The interview process was quite extensive, but it turned out to be a great advantage. It allowed me to gain a deep understanding of the company's culture and values, as well as a clear sense of their expectations for the role.
