Pros

Nothing is good here, save your self and run away as fast as you can

Cons

Regressive "Lalaji" Management Style: Despite trying to project a modern image, this organization is run like a textbook "Lala" shop. Decisions are entirely centralized, driven by whims rather than data or strategy, and there is absolutely zero job security. You can be targeted or let go on a random Sunday based on the management’s mood. Incompetent, "Know-It-All" Leadership: The leadership lacks core operational and strategic knowledge but suffers from an extreme "know-it-all" attitude. They refuse to listen to experts, don't understand the basics of the industry, and consistently mask their own execution failures by shifting blame onto the team. Unprofessional Conduct & Verbal Aggression (Vertina): Senior management—specifically Vertina—stoops to incredibly low levels of unprofessionalism. Personal insults, public humiliation, and extreme emotional volatility are common occurrences. There is a deep-rooted culture of hypocrisy where leadership demands absolute accountability but takes none for their own erratic behavior. A Culture of Extreme Sycophancy (Joy): The middle management layers, particularly individuals like Joy, function purely as spineless yes-men. Instead of protecting their teams or addressing operational bottlenecks, they choose to act as sycophants, enabling the toxic behavior of the upper tier. There is a complete lack of backbone or ownership here.
