      *Definitely a five-day work week (weekends off) *Receive holiday pay, even on your birthday. *Receive monthly bonuses if reaching the month’s efficiency rate.

      Cons

      *Pay raises are not the greatest, but can be better. *Overload training on both office and plant employees.
