      Pros

      Can't complain about the compensation considering the amount of days and hours worked. The benefits are nice and there are plenty of opportunities to make an extra buck.

      Cons

      Eagle Pass is a small community and the school district is the largest employer. Expect political and social influence to be a large part in decision making - on the part of HR, administrators and teachers.
