Management isn't reliable, somewhat disorganized and plays favorites. No clear direction, makes promises-may or may not deliver. Good place to start but not a good employer for someone looking for mentors, upward mobility or potential for growth/advancement. (maybe because some staff pay for their certs and are not truly qualified)
