Pros

Health insurance benefits, what they provide for the community

Cons

Toxic environment, work hours were changed constantly as well as your lunch break, they gave u a hard time about being out sick, always short staffed. No prep time. You go year round so no actual breaks. Taking time off in the summer was hard because everyone was trying to take time off then. You get beat up by kids often and nothing is done. This job drains your soul. It's just a temporary job until you find another job. They want you to be positive but from the moment you walk in you feel this negative energy. I wanted to quit my first week on the job.

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We apologize you had this experience in your three years of working with us in one of our centers. This is not how we operate nor how we want to be perceived. It is unclear whether executive leadership was made aware of these issues but we are certainly open to talking more about this with you as we would like the opportunity to investigate further and remedy these issues. Please contact me, Jessica McCoy, Vice President of Human Resources, at jmccoy@earlyconnections.org if you’d like to discuss further.
