      Pros

      -opportunities for supervision -PD budget and built in PD sessions for new grads -lots of learning opportunities for new grads + opportunities to connect -varied caseload, can be challenging but allows you to need to learn fast.

      Cons

      - False promises made in my interview about a gradual caseload ramp up. Was told I’d b seeing 1 client a day for the first month. I ended up seeing 2-3 clients a day. Brought this up to managers and they seemed to listen eventually. -Obsessed with filling green spaces, care team will book in initial assessments constantly. - No preference for the caseload, a lot of them are younger children with complex care needs and emotional regulation goals. -Client system very complicated to use (even for tech savvy people). Systems constantly changing.
