Pros
The benefits are great. That's about it.
Cons
I thought I was crazy for having the feelings I was having, until I read these reviews, and I have absolutely validated my feelings. There is a definite good ol' boy network going on. Employees are not treated fairly, and any new person coming in is seen as a threat. Senior Management does not take the time to listen to the issues, and forget about going to any person in HR. Any issue or concern brought up will backfire and will become your issue and you will look like the bad person. The systems are horrible and the policies are extremely rigid and hinder any improvements. It's a fend for yourself environment and if you are a female, just forget about working here. I wish I would have paid more attention to the first interactions I had with a C Level executive, it was the pettiest conversation where all that was discussed was gossip about the others employees in the department. Employees are treated horribly, unless you are part of the boy club.
