Pros
Collaborative environment and good team culture - You get to touch a lot of different kinds of work, and teams genuinely want to partner. Product wants to work closely with Brand and Marketing, and even though we all have clear roles, people actively pull each other in for input. That’s felt really refreshing compared to more siloed teams I’ve been on before.
It moves fast here but the vibe isn’t “rush and hope,” it’s more “let’s do this well, test it, and learn.” Research and testing results are shared pretty broadly, which I love. There’s a lot of iteration, but it feels informed, not random.
Leadership has been solid about sharing both wins and headwinds. I appreciate the transparency. We also have more frequent all-hands than I’ve had at other companies, which helps everyone stay connected to what’s actually happening. Joining in time for the annual offsite was a highlight too, especially as someone working with teammates across North America. It made the company feel smaller and more connected in a really good way.
Cons
I really don't have any cons to report - I'm a little over 90 days in and everything has been really wonderful. I feel well supported, the culture is great. We're doing smart, informed work.
