Lots of engineering turnover - from management side - Software Engineer Earnest Research Employee Review

* Lots of turnover * People cut with seemingly short (or no) notice * Unclear whether they hire several engineers with the intention that they will only keep the one(s) that wind up being the best fit. In short order I saw 3 senior+ engineers hired within 2 weeks of eachother, after a few months only one of them would "make the cut".
