Pros
Flexibility and good work-life balance.
Cons
I had a terrible professional experience here and until the organization undergoes a serious process of internal reflection, I won't recommend it. Several factors contributed to this: - The implementation of the programmes within the company is marked by significant volatility. I experienced a lack of clarity in the motives behind certain strategic decisions that affect programme’s direction; highly ambitious goals without clear pathways or experience for achieving them; inexistent collaborative learning opportunities or monitoring and evaluation policies that allow learning from previous processes; misleading communications with external stakeholders that created big expectations without clear methods to fulfill the promises made, among others. - Absence of clear reward and performance policies that create challenges in recognizing individual achievements. - On several occasions, I received disrespectful emails from the CEO, often focused on highlighting micro mistakes and failing to acknowledge employee achievements. Evidence of this are the high turnover rates with employees leaving constantly, which also disrupts the overall motivation and the continuity of processes.
