Loud machines may be problematic to those not used to a production setting. Fast paced environment. Machines are constantly running, leaving your machine is a rarity
Conveniently located near the 610, 290 & I-10. Offices are nice. The pay was good. I have a lot of respect for the President of the Company and the Plant Manager. Flexible about working on week-ends or after work to get caught up. Nice Thanksgiving and Christmas parties.
Cons
Too much nepotism in some departments. Too much drama. Some upper management treat hourly employees beneath them. Hard work should be valued more than brown nosers!
