      Pros

      The hours can make it easy to maintain a personal life. The vacation and benefits are also pretty decent.

      Cons

      There is absolutely no communication between the different departments within the company. No one ever wants to take responsibility for a mistake they make, and there are a lot of people who like to play the blame game. The amount of stress is insane and unhealthy.

      Pros

      Conveniently located near the 610, 290 & I-10. Offices are nice. The pay was good. I have a lot of respect for the President of the Company and the Plant Manager. Flexible about working on week-ends or after work to get caught up. Nice Thanksgiving and Christmas parties.

      Cons

      Too much nepotism in some departments. Too much drama. Some upper management treat hourly employees beneath them. Hard work should be valued more than brown nosers!
