Pros
Very flexible hours, allowed to express yourself freely, great discounts, training is made very simple, they like to promote from within, and as a key holder I was able to receive competitive bonuses.
Cons
They did bring in a new manager at the end of my time there who went against all that every employee at my store had come to love. She really brought down the morale of the store and it wasn't long before everyone had left.
