I've been at Easol for almost 3 years and it's genuinely one of the most rewarding work environments I've experienced. The leadership team is thoughtful, transparent, and proactive - they communicate clearly, make considered decisions, and genuinely care about the people and the product. The product itself is unlike anything I've worked on before - it's unique, constantly evolving, and presents exciting challenges and opportunities to grow. There's a strong sense that we're building something special, and it's very motivating to be part of that journey. The culture here is fun, collaborative, and full of energy. You're surrounded by talented people who are at the top of their game, which pushes everyone to do their best work. It’s a high-performing but supportive environment where people enjoy what they do. Benefits and remuneration are fair and competitive, and it feels like the company is on the brink of something big - there’s real momentum and vision for the future.

It's not specifically a con, but if you struggle with fast-paced, constantly evolving targets then Easol might not be a good fit for you. Market needs and priorities are constantly evolving, so we need to be super nimble and responsive in terms of prioritisation.
