- One of few companies that practice extreme programming in Vietnam. - Competitive salary. - 40 hours per week. Overtime is very rare (with high bonus). - You have high control over your project. - Flexible working time. - Performance review 3 times per year. - Flat management strucutre. - Have code review culture. You can improve a lot by working here. - Good insurance policy.
Cons
- Slow pace. After working for awhile you may feel that you rarely learn anything new. - Mostly small projects. You want to work on projects with high concurrent users? Unlikely.
