Pros
Decent benefits if you work full time Management does well for Trans and Non-binary people. including addressing people with chosen names and proper pronouns If you have strong boundaries Management will respect it.
Cons
Ablest and classist disability policy - incredibly problematic for a company that serves disabled people. conflict resolution is rough- disciplinary HR staff goes into a meeting with out all of the information. High turn over rate because the work is emotionally and physically exhausting. Many of the management are out of touch with the direct service provided by the Community Living Assistance
