Pros

Everybody seems friendly and in sync Learnings are dependent on how much you want to consume knowledge The company allows standard trainings Solid HMO benefits - but really, which company doesn't?

Cons

There is a very high "silent" beaurocracy and politics in all levels of the organization Tenured personnel are very complacent "win-win" solutions are not very welcome Passing off of responsibilities are very common You'll know immediately when someone is overpaid Employees with great work ethics have no work-life balance

Pros

A paycheck will be sent weekly, like they are for general laborers at a staffing agency.

Cons

A private equity buyout has absolutely decimated Eastern and RACOM. Constant customer complaints about not being able to receive service in a timely manner or from a knowledgeable technician. Company refuses to provide training to technicians who keep the RACOM side afloat. All in all, it was very clear that this was a money making deal for private equity, and not an attempt to make either company more attractive to new or current customer bases. If you are a competent employee, you will end up with multiple people's jobs because the company refuses to hire additional help or train other current employees. Very little room for advancement, expect to be in your current position for your entire time at the company.
