This is a good place to get started in a library career because they seem to be constantly hiring. Some coworkers were fantastic.

For a small rural library system, they seem to have unrealistic standards when it comes to their employees. Administration holds trivial grudges. Employee safety does not seem to be a priority. valid employee concerns are disregarded. Administration will always side with others over the employee. No training is provided. Pay rate is extremely low, even for Oklahoma standards. They play favorites with certain employees.
