Eastridge generally replies to reviews on Glassdoor by thanking current and former employees for their constructive feedback, which is critical for us to continue to deliver our best. However, in this case, the review not only lacks useful feedback, but it is also made up of falsehoods.
Since the review lacked useful feedback, I thought I could help by recapping some of the feedback we have received from other useful and constructive reviews:
1. Recent turnover – We have grown from a traditional staffing company into a top 100 Workforce Solutions Company. In addition to Workforce Recruitment, we also focus on Workforce Management and Workforce Technology. Making this transition has been hard work. Based on the 4.6 score we have on Glassdoor, it seems most people have enjoyed the transition. But, it has not been for everyone and we respect that.
2. Better communication – A recent reviewer asked that management take time to solicit employee ideas more frequently. We now host company-wide conference calls every other week to ensure frequent communication and to create a culture of collaboration. In addition, we host management calls every other week to ensure our managers are not only subject-matter experts, but are also servant leaders. In fact, we sent several managers to a Servant Leadership Institute conference this year to equip our team to serve staff and help them achieve their greatest potential.
3. Better resources – We have invested seven figures in new technology over the last twelve months, which will help increase efficiency and make everyone’s job more rewarding.
Finally, I have to disagree with your comments on the CEO. Our CEO has a 98% approval rating. As for him "ruling" like its 1969, we would like to add that in 1969, there was no TESLA. As you know, we are giving away a TESLA this year to the employee who wins the raffle for most collaboration in the company. This could also be why 88% of reviewers would recommend Eastridge Workforce Solutions to a friend.
It seems like we were not a good fit for you. Good luck in your next role.
