They company pays very well

Management was not so great. Could be better

Paychecks clear the bank. If you are a customer of this company, they will take care of you quite well. You can easily get away with not paying for orders (including COD). I honestly cannot think of anything else that's truly positive about this place.

This company is a MESS. No process. No structure. There's literally no rhyme or reason to anything. A very small handful of people receive preferential treatment, but most don't and are treated like people who are very low in their home country's caste system culture. Everyone from the owner to management is family. Typical nepotic environment. Very dangerous working conditions especially for drivers & warehouse. Idk how OSHA hasn't gotten involved by now. If you are not family, you are a servant. Expect to be treated as such. Health benefits are insanely expensive, so much that I don't believe their claims to contribute 50%. Working here is much like that show The Office, but SO much worse. I don't believe they do background checks, so that might be the only reason anyone would truly WANT to work here. If this company was tied to the federal government, they would be shut down immediately just like all the government agencies currently being investigated by DOGE. Don't work here...just don't. Pray for these people bc they are SICK.
