Pros
-It's a start up so there are a lot of potential growth opportunities. -Truly get to help clients with questions/concerns regarding healthcare
Cons
-Communication lacks strongly between departments -This company really caters to the sales division so all other divisions get scraps -Management doesn't feel to be on your side -Work-life balance is difficult sometimes -Benefits went from bad to worse throughout the time I've been there (it's now an accrual method and every 30 hours worked you get 1 hour of PTO. You max out at 7 days) -Two HR employees quit in a matter of months (not sure why but that's a little alarming)
