TL;DR - Bad and cheapskate boss, bad company culture. 1. Won't even invest in a proper door access control that logs time whenever employee taps in and yet wants employee to pay RM5 for late entry. 2. Despite feedback on improvements from past employees, the company never changes. Doesn't take employee feedback seriously. 3. Always making empty promises especially to clients and in the end putting all the blame on employees. 4. Ask us to use all kinds of systems to record information, and yet still ask us where is said information without checking the system. WE ARE NOT YOUR PA. 5. Unfair treatment and favoritism towards certain employee. Don't even get me started on this.
