What I love about the company is that they offer a remote set-up, an annual offsite & get-together.
Cons
There is favoritism in this company. If you are close to the management, it's good for you and your career. Yes, it exists! When they lay off employees they promise to HELP. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED. NO ONE HEARD ANYTHING FROM ANY OF THEM AFTER THEY ANNOUNCED THE NEWS. It didn't mean anything to them. They have employees who worked for them for many yrs but it was nothing. It didn't matter, and it was the most inhumane, humiliating, and unprofessional treatment. The company was mismanaged and the very first person who should take responsibility and correct the mistake is the upper management but they pass the blame to employees.
