Pros
Competitive compensation, very decent people (always some exceptions naturally), excellent focus on hiring talent while maintaining diversity, good work/life balance; overall talented and dedicated colleagues. Lots of career movement and growth potential--highly diverse divisions
Cons
Not sure where my colleagues are coming from when they say "great benefits"?! 401K matching has been dramatically trimmed, raises are constantly delayed and Medical is great-- if you and everyone in your family are forever healthy and only set preventative health appointments; but one trip to the ER or one extended/chronic illness and you're looking at $5,000+ in out of pocket expenses before even 20% coverage kicks in. Otherwise, pretty much average benefits.
